The following videos of events organized by the Arts Arena (hereinafter “AA”) made available to the public are the property of AA and covered by the French Literary and Artistic Property Code.

• Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, editing, disassembly, marketing, or making available of all or part of the videos, in any way whatsoever, free of charge or not, is expressly prohibited without prior agreement of AA.
• Access to the videos is authorized to allow free streaming viewing, for private and non-commercial use within the family circle.
• Any other use of this service, public communication or reproduction of all or part of a video, in any way whatsoever, is expressly subject to the prior authorization of AA.
• Videos may not under any circumstances be downloaded, altered, truncated, modified, translated, deleted, exploited, edited, or used in whole or in part to create a derivative work for a fee or free of charge
