Roberto Diaz, world renowned violist and President of the Curtis Institute of Music, heads a program of chamber music that includes the award-winning Dover Quartet and pianist Alexander Ullman. This special Arts Arena concert will take place in the historically important and stunning 18th century mansion of Talleyrand, later the headquarters of the Marshall Plan for Europe following World War II.
The program features Mendelssohn and Schumann:
Quintet No. 2 in B-flat major, Op. 87 – Felix Mendelssohn (1809 – 1847) – performed by the Dover Quartet with Roberto Díaz on viola.
