December 2, 2023 was the centenary of La Divina, Maria Callas, considered the greatest opera singer of the 20th century. Tom Volf’s documentary Maria by Callas, which he will introduce, is the definitive portrait of this extraordinary woman, taking us behind Callas, the original diva, to meet Maria, in her own words. Seen in over 45 countries, an official selection of more than 15 international film festivals, in 2018 it was “the most watched French-produced film in cinemas around the world” (Unifrance). The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Tom Volf.
