The Arts Arena is happy to welcome you back with its opening Fall 2024 program of Baroque music and hip-hop dance, led by violinist Julien Chauvin of Le Concert de la Loge.
Classical violinist, musical director, and recording artist, Julien Chauvin, has performed as a soloist internationally. He has also founded and led musical ensembles, notably Le Cercle de l’Harmonie and Le Concert de la Loge. Passionate about exploring forgotten pages of the French repertoire, he also works to develop concert formats that encourage the spontaneity and imagination of the public. In 2016, he created Hip Baroque Choc, a meeting between different social and artistic universes that helps young people from disadvantaged backgrounds reveal their potential and strengthen their ambitions.
Following a conversation with Arts Arena Founder and Director Margery Arent Safir, he will perform, accompanied by other musicians and a hip-hop dancer. The event will be followed by a champagne reception.
