By the gracious invitation of the celebrated Place Vendôme jeweler Chaumet, the Arts Arena will present a private Chopin piano recital in Chaumet’s Grand Salon. It is here where Chopin is said to have composed his last work, Mazurka in G Minor, and where he died on October 17, 1849. Nikolay Khozyainov, the youngest finalist in the prestigious International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition, held in Warsaw, will perform a selection of Chopin compositions.
A reception will follow in the historic salons of Chaumet.
This is an Arts Arena members-only event.
Reservations are required: rsvp@artsarena.org
