Polish-born Helena Rubinstein was an immigrant who became an international avant garde businesswoman and art collector, and who founded one of the world’s great cosmetic empires. This Spring, Paris’s Musée de l’histoire du Judaïsme presents a major exhibition devoted to the woman Jean Cocteau called “l’impératrice de la beauté.”

Michèle Fitoussi, editorialist at Elle, novelist, and biographer of this remarkable woman will speak about her in conversation with Arts Arena founder and artistic director Margery Arent Safir.
